For our Lent Course this year, we will explore prayer.
What is prayer ? Would you like to deepen your experience of this mysterious encounter?
Many of us find prayer both enriching and a struggle. There are times in our lives when it seems ‘easy’ and others when it feels very much a strain.
There are also many different forms of prayer within the breadth of the Christian tradition.
Sometimes our prayer life can become a bit stale because we have never really expanded our repertoire of ways in which we can enter into prayer.
Prayer can be expressed in words, by movement, through stillness and in silence.
We will explore four different ways of praying that can be used to help us to enter into God’s presence.
